- Business time zone: Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time (HST)
- Hours of operation are from Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (HST).
- Orders received on Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday.
- Closed on Sundays & Holidays
- Email, inquiries and request Monday – Friday will be responded to within 24 hours in the order of which it was received.
- Email, inquiries and request on Saturday and Sunday will not be responded to until Monday.
Condition of Parts & Minifigures:
Definition of New:
- Means never been played with or used, sorted from packaged set and/or direct from Lego and stored in closed plastic containers then transferred to ziplock bags to fill orders.
- New does not mean “mint” because parts tend to rub together in sealed sets or direct from Lego and may have minor scratches. Remember these parts have travel a great distance to the U.S. Parts are inspected for defects or disfigurement and is sorted out.
Definition of Used:
- Means in good usable/playable condition.
- Condition of the parts will be noted in product description.
- Extreme discolored and damaged parts are sorted out (glued, disfigured knobs/studs, cracked and bent).
- Used minifigure with some imperfections will be noted in product description (like faded, scuff marks or type of scratches).
- Payment and credit card transactions is accepted and processed through PayPal.
- Credit Cards are still accepted even though you may not have a PayPal account.

Handling fee is used to purchase supplies needed to ship your items.

- We ship daily Monday – Friday.
- Shipping carrier we use is The United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Orders weighing between 1 – 13 ounces will be shipped USPS First Class Package 3 – 5 business days.
- Orders weighing over 13 ounces will be shipped USPS Priority Mail 3 – 5 business days.
- Tracking is provided with every order. Tracking information will be displayed within 24-48 hours via USPS.
- Delivery time is 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday).

Orders totalling $50.00 or more will receive FREE SHIPPING (U.S. only).
Processing Order Status:
- Pending – order placed but not yet reviewed.
- Processing – order invoiced and processed for shipping.
- Completed – order has been packed and shipped.
- Cancelled – order at checkout cancelled.
